An email is sent with your order confirmation to the email provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not get an order confirmation email within 24 hours. Don’t hesitate to contact us at hi@thechargingdocks.com if you do not receive an email within the 24 hours of your order.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated to receive an email update of your tracking information along with a text message to the number provided at checkout.

After placing an order on our website you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.Please visit this link for real-time tracking on all orders

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please reach out to your local carrier for further investigation.

If your package does not arrive, please reach out to us.

Due to our order volume and quick processing times, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation on the order will be placed. Please contact us directly at hi@thechargingdocks.com in order to handle the cancelation accordingly.

Please Note: The team cannot cancel an order once its shipped out.

Shipping generally takes between 8-12 business days depending on the destination. If we are experiencing high demand, we will reach out to you via email or text to update you on delivery delays.

The team processes orders everyday and will send out your order  in 1 -2 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will reach out in 48 hours to notify you.

We currently have warehouses in US, CA and China. To guarantee the fastest delivery, we ship from one of our warehouses closest to your location.

If the order has been shipped, we unfortunately not make a change to the order. Please reach out immediately if you need to change your delivery option.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are experiencing a defect and would like to return your product, please contact hi@thechargingdocks.com and provide the following information:  
- Order Number 
- Purchase Confirmation 
- Reason for returning the item (please include photos and a video if applicable) 
- Telephone Number

Important Note: The Charging Docks currently handles returns in the United States only. Please be advised that there is no return for international orders.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 4 business days.

Replacements If there is an error in the clients receiving an incorrect product it can be replaced with a correct product at no extra charge and will be shipped out once confirmation is received.
