We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please reach out to your local carrier for further investigation.

Shipping generally takes between 10-15 days depending on the destination. If we are experiencing high demand, we will reach out to you via email or text to update you on delivery delays.
The team processes orders everyday and will send out your order in 1 -2 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will reach out in 48 hours to notify you.

If the order has been shipped, we unfortunately not make a change to the order. Please reach out immediately if you need to change your delivery option.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note: The Charging Docks currently handles returns in the United States only. Please be advised that there is no return for international orders.

Replacements If there is an error in the clients receiving an incorrect product it can be replaced with a correct product at no extra charge and will be shipped out once confirmation is received.
