Shipping Policy

Important note: The Charging Docks team is working with our supplier and shipping providers to drive the fastest shipping experience for our customers. As the holiday season approaches, please expect a slight delay as USPS is experiencing longer than average delivery times. All shipping will be routed through 4PX or Yunexpress.  

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES 

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

We offer FREE standard tracked shipping on all orders, depending on your shipping location. We offer expedited shipping starting as low as $9.99 which speeds up delivery to 6 - 10 business days depending on location.

Important note: Due to the pandemic, expedited shipping has been experiencing delays up to 3-5 days. Please allow additional time for your item to arrive. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE? 

Standard free shipping will take 8 to 12 business days, depending on your shipping address.

Important note: please allow us 24-48 hours to have your order processed. The orders placed after 4pm on a Friday may not be processed for shipping until the following business day.

DO YOU SHIP THE PRODUCTS FROM THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, all the products are shipped from the warehouses located across the globe. 

WHERE IN THE UNITED STATES DO YOU SHIP THE PRODUCTS TO?

We ship to any addresses within the United States not including remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), Military Bases, and Virgin Islands.

Important note: there might be an additional charge on the shipping to previously mentioned remote areas.

HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER?

After placing an order on our website you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please visit this link for real-time tracking on all orders.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

Due to our order volume and quick processing times, we cannot guarantee that the cancelation on the order will be placed. Please contact us directly at hi@thechargingdocks.com in order to handle the cancellation accordingly.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we currently ship worldwide to every country. 

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping will vary from 8 to 12 business days for standard shipping between the US and Australia. 

Important note: Due to the postal constraints, shipping to Australia and New Zealand may experience an additional delay of 2 business days. 

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs will vary depending on your shipping location and the weight of the purchased product. Standard delivery to select countries is FREE with expedited shipping starting at $9.99.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP THE PRODUCTS FROM?

We currently have warehouses in US, CA and China. To guarantee the fastest delivery, we ship from one of our warehouses closest to your location

 HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the items received included. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure factors, such as weather conditions, transportation problems, incorrect shipping details, pandemics, etc. 

As of April 2020 the shipping carriers have taken extra measures and health precautions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, some of the orders may take longer to be shipped. Please allow additional time to have your order processed. 

LOST PACKAGE

Still haven't received your order? Double check the order details and the shipping address you have provided us. There could be a mistake! We also suggest checking with your neighbors or apartment complex just in case it was delivered to the wrong address.

VAT & DUTIES

Some countries may apply VAT and/or duties on shipments received from the United States. Customers are responsible for such taxes or fees applied by the local authorities on the package delivered. The Charging Docks works with multiple carriers to provide a personalize experience, but the international shipping experience is controlled by the local authorities and mailing systems.
