Shipping Policy
At The Charging Docks, we process orders quickly to get your devices charging as soon as possible.

Order Processing:
Orders placed before 4pm (Mon–Fri) are processed the same business day. Orders after 4pm on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day. -
Standard Shipping (U.S.):
Free standard shipping on orders over $49.95. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location. -
Expedited Shipping:
Available for an additional fee, with delivery in 1–2 business days. -
Order Tracking:
After shipping, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package anytime on our tracking page.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and cannot redirect orders once shipped.
Order Cancellation
Due to fast processing, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hi@thechargingdocks.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns and Refunds

Return Window:
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. -
Condition:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. -
Return Process:
Start your return via our self-serve return portal. -
Return Shipping:
Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error. -
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. It may take 7–10 days to appear on your account.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on all wireless chargers for manufacturing defects and a 2 year warranty on our premium chargers.
To file a claim:

Email hi@thechargingdocks.com with your order number and contact info.

Send a short video (up to 2 minutes) showing the issue.

Ship the defective product back using the return address provided.
Warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or third-party accessories. Shipping costs for warranty returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

Delivery may be delayed by weather, carrier issues, or customs. We’re not responsible for delays beyond our control.

International Shipping: VAT & Duties
International customers may be charged VAT, duties, or import fees by local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and not included in your order or shipping costs.
