Important note: The Charging Docks team process orders on the same business day that it is placed.
SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES
We offer FREE standard shipping on all order above 49.95. We offer expedited shipping starting which speeds up delivery to 1 - 2 business days depending on location.
Important note: please allow us 24hours to have your order processed. The orders placed after 4pm on a Friday may not be processed for shipping until the following business day.
Track An Order
After placing an order on our website you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please head over to our tracking page to track your order in real time.
Cancelling An Order
Due to our order volume and quick processing times, we cannot guarantee that the cancelation on the order will be placed. Please contact us directly at hi@thechargingdocks.com in order to handle the cancelation accordingly.
We are not responsible for orders that have the incorrect or wrong address. Please double check the details as we are unable to redirect or cancel orders once they ship
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the items received included. Refunds
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution
Warranty
We have confidence in the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty on all of our wireless chargers. If your charger fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of the purchase date, please contact us at hi@thechargingdocks.com, and we will replace the defective item with a new one at no cost to you.
To process a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at hi@thechargingdocks.com to request a replacement.
- Please provide your order number, name and address.
- Record a video that clearly demonstrates the product not functioning properly. The video should be no longer than 2 minutes and should clearly highlight the issue with the product.
- Ship the defective product back to our warehouse using the return address provided to you.
- Please note that the warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, theft, damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories, or use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure factors, such as weather conditions, transportation problems, incorrect shipping details, pandemics, etc.

VAT & DUTIES
Some countries may apply VAT and/or duties on shipments received from the United States. Customers are responsible for such taxes or fees applied by the local authorities on the package delivered. The Charging Docks works with multiple carriers to provide a personalize experience, but the international shipping experience is controlled by the local authorities and mailing systems.
